Tingling sensation from past op

Ok i had surgery 8 years ago for the left zygomatic bone it was a tripod fracture so the bone had to be repositioned in surgery to then heal , well i still have sensations like tingling along left side of nose sometimes at side of left eye and especialy on top left lip that can be realy irritating part . Any body know what this is ? Also jaw can feel tired on left side after doing a lot of chewing on like steak its been like this since the op 8 years ago .. Any answers here ?
