foot & ankle swelling

I went to the doctor for swelling in my feet and ankles, I also had blood work,chest x- ray ,blood pressure checked. I don't have high blood pressure or heart problem's x-ray also showed nothing wrong I really have'nt had anything to drink for as far as beverages except water. The doctor can't figure it out never had this problem before it just started when I moved to a warmer climet. I have always work in warm condition's but been laid-off for 11 month's not really over wieght? any suggestion's
