have very achy jaws today, very blocked ears, and accidentally have bitten my tongue.Have been to all specialists and been given advice about exercise and heat treatment for TMJ. I dont find any particularly helpful, any other ideas out there?

Seeing a competent tmj specialist is advised.Manupulative therapy performed by manipulative therapist may provide short-term relief. Long-term relief is best achieved by tmj orthosis, also known as occlusal appliance, splint, or night guard.
