Hi, i wish to have some opinions on my problem: i had been suggested a jaw reduction intervent because i am a 3° class corrected by othodontic treatment at the age of 12-13, making my theets closing in the right position... if my jaw was shorter! So by now at the age of 23 i have a 3° class jaw but theeths positioned for a 2° class, pratically i could avoid even the pre-surgery orthodontic treatment.... is it possible? Or is the pre surgery treatment necessary at 100%? I would be very happy if i could do the intervent now and reserve the treatment after but i wish too not to have problems because of this.
