tmj,tn,after atooth removel also think mandibuler area &salaver glands damaged

my mental nerve is exposed after tooth extraction, they also ground away my jaw bone , i have been diagnosed with tmj, my trigeminal nerve is now damaged , my docter and 2 consultants say i have tn, another says not and says it is my fibromyalgia causing fave pain as i do not have the 3 pressure points affected with tn,my dentist says i have tn,& my neurologist says i have a component of tn .my dentist sent me to see a maxo surgeon and he says i have not. my dentist did not agree and sent me back for a second oppion but i got the same maxo person & not the one i should have seen he also had with him one of the dental nurses who did this to me!!!, my dentist says this is not a second opinion ,it took the two dental nurses{or 1 nurse & 1 dentist} an hour and and a half to take my tooth out. they also gave me at least 7 injections {1 of wich went straight through and pricked her finger!!} my neck muscle is damaged and also my salava glands , i have also got terrible sinus problems since this happened{they have not offered to rebuild my jaw bone or damage my mental nerve to stop the pain} this has been going on for three years now i am at my wits end !! could yoy please give me some advice as what to do..please and thankyou carol.

Pain quality and temporal pattern of tn and tmd are generally different. In addition, it's generally considered that if tegretol can not relieve tn, then it's not tn.It appears that you are fibromyalgia sufferer, multidiscipline team approach is probably required to manage your chronic pain.If an orofacial pain or tmj specialist is included in the team, you probably would benefit more.
