About one of my testicals.

I am a 47 year old man I have noticed as of yesterday that my left testical has goten larger than the other one.What does this mean have never had a problem before.Please help me.

Hi there!

Well, normally one testicle is slightly larger than the other. If the change described is recent, I would suggest considering an evaluation by a primary care physician or a urologist to consider possibilities such as hydrocoele, growths from the testis/ epididymis etc. After a cause is identified, it can be managed accordingly.
