Doctor hoping u can tell what this is

While showering tonight i felt a hard lump on my right testicle its under the skin i cant see it but it feels hard and the size of a dime and feels like its attached to my testicle. Ive not had unprotected sexim going the bathroom fine but at the slightest touch theres pain and Hoping doctor you know what it is and what i shld do

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of the lump. Possibilities that may need to be considered include normal epididymis or a mass (benign/ malignant) arising from the testicle or surrounding structures. I would suggest getting this examined by your primary care physician for appropriate management.
