Testicle
Hi I'm a 48 year old male
recently i had my yearly full physical and all was good.
tonight i notice a small ovalish pea size lump what seems to be on the OUTSIDE of my right testicle.

I have not got swollen testicles or no other symptoms that im aware of no hurting. It seems to move around slightly next to the testicle.

I shined a very strong light at the scrotum etc and noticed that light passed thru the small pea.
now what

Hi there!

If the light seemed to pass through the ‘pea lump’ it is unlikely to be a testicular swelling and more likely to be due to other benign causes such as hydrocoele etc. I would suggest having this evaluated by a general surgeon or a urologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
