Testicles feel hard.

Hi I am a 19 year old male. Both of my testicles feel firm. I was wondering of over masturbation could be a cause of this, because it is a problem I have struggled with for a long time. I also had a cyst on my left testicle checked out in May. They did an ultrasound, and told me that everything was fine. I'm just worried about the firmness of the testes in this case.

The testicles are normally firm in consistency and masturbation is unlikely to have affected the consistency. If you are positive about a change, you may consider an evaluation by a urologist for a detailed evaluation and suggestion of an appropriate management plan.
