blood in urine

my husband has noticed blood in his semen and in his uine for the past to days he is 29 yrs old what could this be?

Hi,
How is your husband?  Blood in the semen or hematospermia may be attributed to blockage, infection, injury or a sign of disease or a problem in the urethra, testicles, epididymis, or prostate. On the other hand, blood in the urine or hematuria may also be due to blockage such as seen in urine or bladder stones, infection, kidney injury or prostate issues. If the symptoms persist, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care and do keep us posted.
