I'm so glad to hear you got checked and the doctor ruled out anything serious.  The urologist will probably be able to tell you whats going on and how to manage the pain.  Think about what questions to ask before you go and see if you can bring your ultrasound films with you so that the urologist can give you their opinion as well.  The Urology Forum here on Med Help gets this question often try to post there also.  Hope your feeling better soon.

hey dude,
i went to the emergency department of my local hospital and after taking the ultrasound the medical officer saw nothing wrong with my testes. there are no signs of malignent tumors, hernias or any torsions. but the pain is still there.

the MO then referred me to a urologist whom i wil be seeing next week

pls advice thanks

I wish I could say you can be diagnosed on the internet with something like this but its just not possible.  You need to have an ultrasound done its a really simple test and will clear up any questions.  Whatever the cause you should get it checked.  Torsions and other conditions can be serious also... so finding the cause will only benefit you.

I'm including the symptoms of TC  so you'll know what to look for when you do monthly self exams.

These are the symptoms of testicular cancer.

    * A lump or mass in either testicle
    * Swelling or any enlargement of a testicle
    * A collection of fluid in the scrotum
    * A dull ache in the groin, lower abdomen, or back
    * The feeling of  heaviness in the scrotum
    * Pain or discomfort in a testicle or in the scrotum
    * Tenderness or enlargement of the breasts
