i am a 35 your old white male i noticed a little purpleish black spot on my left ball sac. what do i need to do

Hi there!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of the spot. Possible causes include dilated blood vessel, fordyce spot, melanoma, wart, cyst, small, bruise, infection/ inflammation etc. It would be best to have this evaluated by a primary care physician or a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
