How are you? What other symptoms are present? A scrotal mass can be caused by variety of issues such as benign conditions such as hematocele ( blood collection in the scrotum); hydrocele (fluid collection in the scrotum), spermatocele (cyst-like growth in the scrotum that contains fluid and dead sperm cells), varicocele  (a varicose vein along the spermatic cord), inguinal hernia, injury to scrotum,  and tumors. It is best that you have the lump checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Diagnostic tests such as ultrasound may also be done. Take care and do keep us posted.
