sex or ejaculation 5 days after a radical orchiectomy

I have had a radial orchiectomy due to cancer
the scrotum hurts a little in some areas. it feels full of something?
I was wondering if that is ok?
what about the swell behind the incition?

Hi there!

If the surgery has been recent it may be normal and the swelling beneath the incision site is likely to subside in sometime; however if it has been sometime since surgery, the symptoms could be indicative of issues like hernias, recurrence etc and evaluation by a primary are physician or a urologist is advisable to be on the safer side.
