testicular pain

Hey I have been having testicle pain like as if I had a inguial hernia. It started as a dull ache and now its a pulling feeling. It sometimes a sharp pain I have trouble ejaculating the past week and when I do it feels like blue balls but 100 times worse. My wbc was high and a few other things I have had a ct scan and ultra sounds done 5 times and urine test but they came back clean. I have had pain from the prostate area to my rectum. Should I get a prostate exam to see if that's the root of all is going on? I'm 26 and I know I shouldn't be worrying the much but drs here can't answer me on nothing

I haven't gone yet gotta set up the appointment I will have him physically check last time he made me p in a cup and came back said ur fine and sent me on my way which made me mad

have u gone to see urologist the doc held my balls for like 2 seconds and said yep, thats a problem and in 2 crazy weeks i was wisked off tested and ball removed. I don't know whats next but my uroliogist knew what he was doing. Everyone at the hospital told me it was probably a hernia but it wasn't.
