worried about the skin clors below penis head

Hi i am 28 male and circumcised
i never had sex and recently masterbated alot

i have a small puplish skin just under head of penis with dark veins... Images below... can anyone guide me what should i do..

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include cysts, folliculitis, warts, subcutaneous fibrosis secondary to trauma, a few primary skin conditions etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and suggestion of an appropriate management plan.
