Unusual tip for anxiety and depression.
Plug your right nostril with cotton plug from 1 pm to 4pm. i.e stop breathing from the right nostril. You will get used to cotton plug within few days. You may gradually increase the time.This will change the pattern of your breathing reducing your anxiety and depression. This is based on swar yoga. Science of berthing. Breathing from right nostril and left nostril have different impact on body and mind.This is suggested by a renowned yogi.You may google swar yoga to know the details of impact of nostril breathing.

thank you dalubaba-----however--this is a more advanced practice and i don't recommend it. There must be a strong foundation built first otherwise this advanced technique can be dangerous to the mind of the person doing it. Diet is very important as the nerve channels must be clear or blockage can cause difficulties.  One thing at a time and first things first--no jumping ahead.

Yes too many techniques may confuse the novice.So going stepwise and stage-wise is good.
