Are these symptons relative to the thyroid?

I began having many PVC's late in 2006.  In November I had an anxiety attack (thought I was having a heart attack).  In December, I had a sleep study done where the instruments recorded an episode of NSVT (several PVC's in a row).  I later had an ablation done for SVT, but the PVC's remained.  My heart is structurally normal.  I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and now where a bipap machine at night.  Lately, I've had several unexplained symptoms in addition to the PVC's:  night sweating, low body temperature (in the 97 degree realm), more anxiety, migraine aura's (without the headache) upon waking up in the middle of the night on 3 occasions, and just yesterday my throat seemed to have a lump on one side or a dry feeling .  Some other stuff that's happened within the last 5 years includes irritable bowel syndrome, really dry hands (palms only), and hematuria.  These symptoms seem to come and go completely; or increase / decrease in severity.  I'm now taking a beta blocker (12.5 mg of Toprol daily) for the PVC's, but it has not changed anything.  I also take one 81 mg aspirin a day.  Finally, I take vitamin two supplements:  magnesium, and a mult-vitamin.

that's unusual -- could be mass-effect causing PVCs, but also test for pheochromocytoma with a plasma free metanephrine -- if elevated then 24 hour urine for catecholamine and metaneprhines.

Just an FYI for future similarities.  All my bloodwork came back normal on this.  Thyroid is not swollen.  However, a CT scan was done on my neck which revealed a carotid body tumor (paraganglioma).

These could relate to thyroid disease, but would need to test thyroid function (blood test) to determine if thyroid is working properly.  Sleep Apnea can also cuase PVCs.
