FNA and Lab Questions

I don't understand  my FNA results of 2 nodules one stating follicular lesion with low cellularity, groups of uniform follicular cells minimal nuclear pleom, orphism; abundant colloid, inflammatory cells and macrophages present.  The other one stating, low cellularity with groups of uniform follicular cells in variable arrangements including macrofollicular arrangements, minimal nuclear pleomorphism, focal collaod and inflammatory cells present.  TPO ABY elevated at 114 iu/ml  Normal TSH, T4
I have two other autoimmune disorders and just want to feel better.  Can you enlighten what may be going on? Thank you,
Respectfully,
Deekay

Excellent advice.  My second opinion MD, a thyroid endocrinologist, asked for the slides and found follicular neoplasm....which no one else had found.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
These descriptions sound like benign nodules - but ask your doctor and consider having the slides sent to an thyroid pathologist to be certain --- I use Dr. Massoll at U of Florida.
