Got labs back and 'they' say it's 'normal'

Got my labs back and here they are.
T3=31
T4=8.5
T4 free direct= 1.25
Thyroxine= 2.6
Tsh= 3.289
I am still tred and have low enegy. I am on .112mg of Synthroid. My doctor is going to bump me up to .125mg for 3 months and then check on my progress.
Are my labs in the range that they need to be so that I feel like I am among the living again?
I check my BP and pulse and my pulse was 65 this morning and has been as low as 61. Is that normal?
I am so confused and fed up with all this I feel like I am going crazy.. Can ANYONE help me PLease.

I should have added that although the TSH range is 0.3-3.00 anything over 2.00 warrants further investigation. Once you are on thyroid meds, then it needs to be under 1.00 and if you have hashimoto's Disease be as close to zero as possible

Each lab has a different range for the Free T3 and Free T4 the TSH range is universal, usually 0.3-3.00.they have just revised this one

With the frees you need the FT3 to be near the top of the range and the FT4 to be about 75-80% up in the range

The ranges will be in brackets after the results

I know how you feel when you're about to go crazy.  My head is great now I've started on T3/T4 combo meds.  For me, T4-only meds don't work.  Hang in there, it can improve with the right meds.

what is a "lab range"? I am not sure what that is..i have the ranges that the nurse gave me if that is what you are asking.
their range is as follows:  T3 is 24-30,T4 is 4-12, Free T4 is 0.61-1.76, Thyroxine is 1.2-4.9.

Sounds like the inc to 125mcg is reasonable.  Your pulse is absolutely normal.  Goal TSH -- around 1.0.
