High Blood Calcium, Low PTH, Low Vitamin D.. Need advice/input please

Hello all, as the title states, during routine bloodwork, results came back with a slightly elevated serum calcium level. Further testing revealed a low PTH level and low Vitamin D. As far as I am aware, the low PTH rules out hyperparathyroidism. What could this be indicative of? Also, I am a 23 year old male with no prior history of health issues. I do not take any supplements or medications that could have caused this reading.

For reference: Serum Calcium was 10.9 mg/dL (8.7-10.2 Listed as the normal)
Serum PTH was 7 pg/mL (10-65 Listed as normal)
                     Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy was 25.4 ng/mL (32.0-100.0 listed as normal)

Sometimes young adults have calcium levels in the mid to high 10 range.
So while it may be normal, it is probably a good idea to recheck the calcium in a few weeks and if still that high further evaluation is needed - usually an endocrinologist can help with the testing.  You are right, it does not seem to be parathyroid based on the PTH of 7.
