Hypothyroidism?

Hello, I was diagnoses with hypothyroidism in December of 2012, started on 25 mcg of generic levothyroxine and had no side effects. After two months I was upped to 50 mcg on the same day I went to the hospital sick to my stomach. At the time they thought I had to the flu and treated me for that. Over the weekend almost like clockwork at 5 oçlock I would start to have anxiety attacks that got worse everyday. I cam back the next week because I started to feel sicker and I was extremely anxious. It turns out I had mono. I ended up there the very next day because of sever anxiety/palpitations and was told to stop my medication and see my family doctor. My doctor was out and the doctor I saw said he say no reason for me to be on medication, but trusting my family doctor I stayed on the low dose as I had no issues with it. I saw him the next week and he once again reassured me I had hypothyroidism and put me on Synthroid 25 instead and said when I was on it for a bit and knew I wasn't allergic to it or anything I should up it to 37.5 mcg. The very first day I upped it I had a little anxiety attack at the usual time, 5ish, which I attributed to what I ate and the two colaice I took due to my severe constipation. The very next day I was watching a movie and I got hit with that familiar feeling around 530 ( could not slow it on my own so I went back to the emergency room where it had slowed down to 104. They hooked me up to ECG and by the time I left I was jumping between 74-82. Now I'm scheduled to see my family doctor again tomorrow and don't know what to do.

Is it possible to be THIS sensitive to medication? . I take my Synthroid at 6am on the dot, and by 5 or 6 at night both times I upped my dose I started developing severe anxiety and rapid heart beats.
I'm 23, 5 ft 9, 175 LB
TSH 12/12: 2.78
TSH 02/20/13: 2.44 (.4-4.44)
FT4 02/20/13: .8 (.78-2.44)

TSH levels are normal.  With this response to medication, not clear if it is best to be on medication or not.  Talk with your doctor about it.

Correction: "..The very next day I was watching a movie and I got hit with that familiar feeling around 530 (anxiety/dizzy/lightheaded). That night I woke up out of a dead sleep at around 130am with a extremely rapid heartbeat that I could not slow down on my own so I went back to the emergency room where it had slowed down to 104..."
