Increasing Armour Thyroid, feel terrible

I have been on Armour Thyroid (15 mg) from Sept. 2010 until June 2011 at a TSH of about 2.7. Was feeling good - even through Mastectomy in December and 6 weeks radiation treatments for breast cancer which I finished in April 2011.  In June began to feel fatigued, TSH was up to 8. (Maybe result of radiation?)  Began taking 30 mg Armour, after 4 weeks TSH was 6.6, Free T4 0.80, Free T3 3.5.  Began taking 60 mg Armour on July 1 (10 days ago and have had sinus type headaches behind eyes every day. Saw Dr. - said it didn't look like sinus - will check my levels in a few more days. Don't feel the fatigue but these headaches are lousy - I don't usually have headaches. Could it be adjustment to Armour or perhaps the dose it too high for me?

Thanks so much for answering. Got my labs yesterday - TSH 2.7, Free T3 3.3, Free T4 .83. Dr. said if I want T4 to go up I'll need to go on Synthroid. Im feeling pretty good except for these darn headaches behind my eyes - had a Z-pak for 5 days in case sinus - helped somewhat but they're still there. Do you think levels could be contributing to sinus problems - I'm so confused.
Thank you -

Would talk with your doctor about possibly stopping the armour and going on levothyroxine perhaps at a 75mcg per day dose.
