Is all hard non movable thyroid nodule cancerous?
Hi, was wondering because i felt a hard lump beside my adams apple on the left side and its not movable. i search online and alot of website says hard fixed lumps are cancerous.

This may be the larynx (thyroid cartilage).  The best way to sort out if a palpable abnormality is normal anatomy or a mass would be neck ultrasound.
