Joint pain and CT scan

Ga7
I know that one gets muscle pain and joint pain from being Hypothyroid. My TSH in the begining was 118 three months ago and with dosage change is now at 6 TSH. When one has the joint pain is the CT scan going to show infimation around the joints. I had a CT scan done last week and they are suggesting I have avascular necrosis of the upper hip. I have had pain in this leg for may months still and my Sed rate has jumped to 108 from 65 in a week.
My question again is does Hypo cause this inflimation.

This is not typical for hypothyroidism and I would be concerned there may be another cause of the avascular necrosis and the very high sed rate.  The hypothyroidism may be aggravating this, but it is not likely the only cause of this scenario.

Return from doctor today and asked him this question above and he told me it has nothing to do with Hypo Levels He told me that even when my TSH was at 11 I was not Hypo anymore since my Free T4 was in normal range. Should I concider a new Doc. This Guy told me that he was not familliar with the added vitamin Selenium and its benifits, he aked like he did not know what it was.
