My Neck Sonogram

After my TT in May 5 2011. I have radiation in July. In November my endo feel that I have another nodule  around my neck. Well, she send me to do another neck sonogram. My result was:

In the parotid spaces as well as submandibular regions, there are  a few, 1 cm in size or less lymph nodes most of which have fatty hilum. No enlarged lymphadenophaty is identified. If there is still concern, a Ct or MRI of the neck is suggested for further evaluation.

Please If someone can help me, Im just worry about it because my endo and also the dr in nuclear medicine they feel the same around my neck. Thanks!!

It is very common to have lymph nodes like this in the submandibular, upper neck, areas.  These are small in size and the description of the fatty hilum is that of a normal lymph node.  In my experience, CT scans and MRI scans do not add much in this setting.
