My TSH was 22
When attending the hospital my doctor was concerned when my TSH was 22 why was that.

That was a high TSH -- may be related to an acute illness but usually TSH levels this high reflect true hypothyroidism (an underactive thyroid).  Would repeat the TSH along with T4 and TPO antibody and talk w/ your doctor.
