The doctor you should see is an endocrinologist. that is a thyroid doctor. depending on your insurance co. you may need a referral from your primary care doctor.

Hi, you need to find a good local doctor first. He or she should start with some blood tests including testing your thyroid function.hormones etc. Hopefully you can get appointment with a specialist soon.
