Please explain throid report

Please explain what these results mean. Shotty jugular lymph nodes bilaterally with right parotid tail lymph node noted. These are nonspecific. No hypoparathroid mass seen. The glands themselves are not noted. asymmetric prominence of the right thyroid gland without a focal mass.

Yes, it was a CT scan. I have had a lump in my neck for over 2 months. I have trouble swallowing. I take great care of my teeth but had to have over 14 root canals in the past 3 years. I have Hyshimotos?  thyroid desease and severe left maxillary chronic sinusitis. I think this lump is somehow connect. Have been on antibiotics for 3 weeks with no results.

They are describing what sounds like normal lymph nodes and no masses athat appear suspicious.  Out of context I cannot give more info.  This sounds like a CT scan not ultrasound.  If there is a possible neck symptom or lump on exam that the CT did not find, would work with ENT physician to sort this out.
