Please help with these results

I have hashimotos and I have been feeling really tired lately and having problems with diarrhea. I had a bunch of labs done (below) and I was told that nothing on the labs say anything about why I feel this way....even though I was out of range on some of the tests. Could you look at these tests and tell me what you think? Thanks

Your potassium is pretty low, possibly due to the diarrhea.  I've been in the ER with potassium that level.  My heart was doing flip flops.

Keeping the TSH in the target range of 0.5-2.5 is the goal for Hashimoto's treatment.
Would ask your endocrinologist about screening for Addison's.
Then consider GI evaluation for the diarrhea.

Do you eat Sucralose/Splenda? Do you eat Aspartame?

The first gives tiredness feelings and fibromyalgia- no energy and pain i the body overall. Also the diarrhea is an allergic reaction to something and it could possibly be the artificial sweetener if you are eating it. If so stop and see if the symptoms go away.

Have you had your B12 checked?  A lot of people who have thyroid problems also have B12 deficiencies.  This can cause similar problems as the thyroid along with more gastro problems.

Hi,

Are you prescribed any drug like Eltroxin for Hashi's? I understand that not having the right dose, might lead to tiredness and diarrhea.

Hi,

Have you had your a.m. cortisol checked? It's a good idea to have your adrenal glands evaluated with thyroid disorder. I had very similar labs to yours for a couple of years before being diagnosed with adrenal insufficiency and hypothyroidism (Hashi's).

Good luck to you. Hope you find your answers and start to feel better soon.
