Purchasing blood tests online - Hashimoto's

What would be essential blood tests to order for a Hashimoto's sufferer--to bring reports to new endo?
Daughter had half thyroid removed in 05. Placed on synthroid from surgeon - PCP took over care placed her on levothyroxine  (changed dosage mcgs quite often).  Daughter has moved back to parents (divorce, school, etc)  and the last test was April, 09. This was all:

    TSH+Free T4
   TSH                        0.080L  uIU/mL
   T4, Free (Direct)       1.21     ng/dL
Thyroglobulin, Quantitative
   Thyroglobulin, Qn.   <0.5L    ng/mL

Her work/school schedule does not allow much time.  Finding most specialists are available when daughter is not.  We are trying.  In order to by pass new appt with doc, doc handing script for blood work, have blood work done, make another appt for doc, we are going straight for some blood work to hand him results at first meeting.
He may order his own, yes - but will probably be able to make her more comfortable until that time?

Do doctors accept the results of labs if they didn't order them?  I am trying to help her.  She has suffered enough.  Thank you so much.

Thank you.  NO.  No finger or saliva!  But I was wondering which tests would be essential at this time to order?
I am thinking antibodies, TSH and Free T3 and Free T4.  There are Soo Many!!  I am not sure what would be useful and what would be duplication of efforts.

Thyroid Antibodies
Thyroid Antithyroglobulin Antibody
Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO) Antibodies
Thyroid Profile II (Comprehensive)
Thyroid Profile w/ TSH
Thyroid TSH w/ Free T4 & Free T3
Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone (TSH) and Free T4
Thyroid-Stimulating Immunoglobulin (TSI)
Thyrotropin Receptor Antibody, Serum
Thyroxine (T4)
Thyroxine (T4) Free, Direct
Thyroxine (T4), Thyroxine Binding Globulin (TBG), and T4 − TBG Index
Thyroxine Binding Globulin (TBG), Serum
Thyroxine-binding globulin (TBG)
Thyroxine-Stimulating Hormone (TSH)

Would avoid any finger-***** test or saliva test -- these are not validated for thyroid and not very sensitive.  Traditional blood testing is indicated and a TPO antibody would help confirm hashimoto's.  The current TSH listed is low, suggesting the dose is too high and needs to be lowered a bit.
