You have hashimoto's thyroiditis with early hypothyroidism.  Would see a thyroid specialist or primary doctor to consider a trial of treamtent given the symptoms.

Sir,
Iam a 32Yrs old, about 2 month before i went to clinic for thyroid antibody test the result was.

THYROID FUNCTION      RESULT            REF.RANGE
Free T4                           14.7 pmol/L        9.0 - 25.0
TSH                                2.53 ulU/mL        0.40 - 4.70
Thyroid Microsomal Ab    *>1:6400            <1:100
Thyroglobulin Ab              <1:100              <1:100
Thyroglobulin Ab and Thyroid Microsomal Ab has been repeated.

i was worried,i had shown this result to Endocrinologist, according to him there is no need to worry, this is a normal result,so according to my symptoms he tried to boost my Testosterone level, althoug was in normal range...but i did not feel any possitive sign.according to my symptoms,if i become nervous or a bit angry, even though talking with someone then my Neck become like shivering.Palpitation,Anxiety, Depression,Nervousness, constipation, etc.repeated my test..TPO Ab,and Tg Ab....when i was 14year old Doctor diagnosed a small goiter.he gave me a iodine,i used about 25days,then Goiter disappear...so i would like to know that according to your knowledge and experience,my first result which have been mentioned above, and my recent result which have been mentioned in my first request what should i do?my next appointment with Endocrinologist is 7th Jan 2008.
                                                                     Thanks.
