Silent Thyroiditis UPDATE

I've been feeling like trash since March.  Lots of symptoms - typical of being either hyper or hypo depending on what my numbers were.  What are the possible outcomes for silent thyroiditis?  My doctor seems to think antibodies don't really give much information.  In June, I did the TPO antibody test and my # was 838 where  5.5 uIU/mL
T4 reference range: .8 -> 1.7 ng/dL

you had silent thyroiditis and have not recovered from the hypo phase -- with the symptoms and the time course -- would consider treatment.  At this point would interpret as a subclinical hypothyroidism after a case of silent thyroiditis (which is autoimmune mediated - so the antibodies matter, but don't need to be retested usually).  This is similar to having Hashimoto's.
