TSH Level .27

I have been on Synthriod for 25 years as I had a goiter and went thru several tests and was put on the Syhthroid. The blood work I had 3 months ago showed my TSH level to be low so my doctot had me retested last week and it is still lower now at .27...why would it change after years of being higher and on meds all these years...

Levels change over time, we sometimes need less medication with age or other meds/medical issues have influenced dose.  This is common.
