Thyroiditis? Or graves? Hope ur doctor is doing uptake scan and tsi test, as well as other thyroid antibodies (antitpo, antithyroglobulin, and there are some others as well that I don't know the name of. I'm not a Dr, just someone who has had thyroiditis). This will determine whether its graves, thyroiditis, or toxic nodule. Good luck.

Had lab work done on 7/16 at that time tsh level was 0.011 had more blood work done on 7/18 and tsh was 0.008 and free to was 2.28.why the decrease in such a short time?

Ultra sound shows solid nodule on left lope 0.5x0.5x0.3 and on the right 0.6x0.5x0.5 also states blood flow is symmetric????

Please advise!!!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
This sounds like autoimmune thyroid disease - usually hashimoto's - would test TSH and TPO antibodies if not already done.  The nodule is small and assuming no other abnormalities (ie, lymph nodes) then FNA biopsy is not needed.  Just repeat US in 6-12 mos.
