Tiroides

Saludos Dr.tengo 3 nodulos en la tiroides ,dos miden1.46 cm y el otro1.03 cm tengo que hacerme el t-scan con yodo ,hay posiblidad que no sea bueno ,todavia no tengo sintomas,graves ,he perdido peso ,pero no mucho(soy delgada)
El istmustien una area de 0.51 cm

Would test the thyroid blood levels: TSH, T4.  If normal, the next step is usually FNA biopsy of the nodule(s) and the t-scan (I-123 uptake/scan) is not very useful if the TSH is normal.

With the normal TSH, T4 and T3 and the size of the nodule, it is most likely that biopsy is indicated unless the I-123 scan clearly shows the nodule to be "hot".

Hola ,gracias por su respuesta,,ya me hicieron le TSH,T3 y T4 free,me dijeron que era normal,ahora me van ha hacer el 123 uptake/scan la proxima semana ,cuando tenga los resultados se los voy a enviar.
