my recent ones
may tsh 0.30 (0.27-4.2) free thyroxeine 19.7 (12.0-22.0) ft3 6.5 (3.1-6.8)

I'm not on any thyroid meds and if I had done my last blood sample with my gp the low range for tsh is 0.34, why would my thyroid lab work be all over the place and one minute be high and then low?

would really appreciate some input

am I right though that you shouldn't have any antibodies in your blood, it should be in your thyroid, and also my tsh going from one extreme to another, I seem to have symptoms of both hyper and hypo?

These are all essentially normal numbers with negative antibodies reflecting overall a low risk of thyroid problems, but there is some fluctuation that should likely be followed annually or more frequently based on symptoms due to low-normal TSH of 0.3 currently. Would review all supplements and meds w/ your doctor.  If the TSH continues to fall, then additional testing (I-123 scan and posisble ultrasound) may be helpful.
