fluctuating cortisol
I took a saliva cortisol test-my 8 am cortisol was 45 (normal was 13-21). My 11 am and 4pm were <1, and my 11 pm was 6 (normal 2-4).
I started taking Seriphos at night, but I wake up around 5am with mild night sweats and a pounding heart-any suggestions?

The adrenal support was to help the adrenals during the day, when my numbers "crash". It had adrenal glandulars and licorice. Seriphos is phosphodytl serine

I don't have experience with Seriphos and with an am cortisol of 45, "adrenal support" doesn't seem necessary (except, perhaps, to the person selling it....).
