help

hi..
i hv been shwing symptoms of lethargy, paleness.
my weight is 69 kgs and i m 25  years old.
My T3, T4, TSH are within the normal range. but my TPO is raised to 440.
is medication required? how do i go about the weight reduction?

If TSH is ormal then not likely hypothyroid although the high TPO means autoimmun thyroid problems and the need to monitor TSH annually in most cases. This is not likely the cause of weight gain.
