I'm 25yr & weigh 83kgs. I got tested for t3, t4 & tsh. Tsh values r 5.67 and rest are within normal range.
I'm suffering from continuous back pain n spine problems. How can I quickly lose weight?

The TSH is slightly high - consider TPO antibody testing for Hashimotos' and consider levothyroxine treatment to normalize TSH in setting of fibromylagia (fibromyalgia).  Thyroid is not likely cause of weight issue.
