new pregnancy, waiting on thyroid diagnosis
Ok, June 10 I saw an endocrinologist because my Tsh was slightly elevated but my TPO Antibodies were 217 ( normal range 0-34) was put on synthroid, gave urine  for pregnancy test that came back negative. I now have a late period of 4 days, took a home pregnancy test and it said positive immediately! I don't know what i need to do. I am calling both doctors this morning...

It is best to stay on synthroid and keep TSH in low-normal range -- usually we retest every 4-5 weeks in the first half of pregnancy especially as the dose may need to increase.
