slighty abnormal thyroid peroxidase levels

my doctor noticed that my thyroid felt full so she ordered blood tests, all my bloodwork was completely normal, tsh, t3,t4, thyrogloubin, calcitonin.  Only my thyroid peroxidase was slightly abnormal (41).    is there a chance i have cancer?

i also forgot to mention that i recently had a vaccination for tetanus and i remember reading that sometimes a recent vaccination could raise thyroid peroxidase antibodies, could that be the case for me?

Low chance of cancer, but with large thyroid would do an ultrasound to check for nodules.
