starting to worry it's all in my head

I've been seeing a new doctor that I'm not really comfortable with but I haven't been able to get in with someone else yet so I've not been able to discuss my last set of labs yet.  Any thoughts on my lab would be appreciated. I'm getting to the point I'm HOPING to have a thyroid issue so that there's a reason for me feeling the way I do. Otherwise, I'm going to start thinking I'm just losing my mind.

The thyroid tests appear normal.  Would not interpret the one slightly low T4 as significant -- some of these tests (Free T4 assays) run slightly low and this is not an indication of a thyroid problem.
