tyroid problem

i am always tired and lately depressed. I had a blood test for my tyroid and my S-TSH came back at 9.83, S73 at 2.2 and ST4  at 1.6.
I have been taking Eutirox 100 mcg daily for the last 3 years since i moved to Italy, before from the age of 27, i am now 68,i took sinthyroid, but i don't remember the dosage.
Can you tell me what these tests reveal? Should i see a doctor?
Thank you

Sounds like you need more levothyroxine -- the active ingredient in both synthroid and eutirox - see your doctor to make the determination of what your dose should be.

I answered your post on the other forum.

You should always see a doctor on an annual bases regardless, once levels have been stable for a year. Levels will change by whatever means and for many reasons, as well as its natural course of burning itself out and becoming totally nonfunctioning.  So med. dose will need to be adjusted from time to time throughout life.  See a doctor a least once a year if your levels are stable with no med. dose change within a year.
