Advice on Meds

Hello Doctor,

I was wondering if you could give an opinion on my med dosage.  I am currently on 100 mcg of Synthroid.  I have been on this dose for over 4 months.  I am continuing to have some hair loss, and a few other symptoms.  I was wondering if from the labs below you think that I could increase Synthroid to .112 or maybe add 2.5 or 5 mcg of Cytomel, or would this bring my TSH too low.  My Free T4 is now just over 50% or range and my Free T3 is just of 20% of range.  Thanks for your consideration.

TSH  .98
Free T3 2.9 (2.3 - 4.2)
Free T4 1.30 (.61 - 1.76)

Labs are in target range.  Either stay on 100mcg or consider a trial of adding cytomel -- if  added  then the synthroid would need to decrease (by 20mcg for every 5mcg of cytomel added)
