Antibody levels

Hi, just got my lab results and there is one test I have no idea what it means.

Thyroid Microsomal Titr 1:102400

Any advice please?

Thanks

I THINK it is antibodies, I have had Hashis for 7 years, but doesnt this result seem too high? Doesnt it lower with treatment???

It's a confirmation of Hashimoto's -- would not worry much about the level itself.  It sometimes lowers with treatment, also selenium 200mcg/day may lower antibodies.

Microsomal Antibodies is an older test -- now commonly referred to as thyroperoxidase (TPO) anitbodies.
