Body scan test results

I had the body scan today after the RAI treatmnet. It says that: The right side has 2 side residue thyroid activity. The left medium cervical part been seen focal escpecially increased activity retained probably metastaci lymph node. USG recommended.

I hope this make sense. Not sure if I need the iodine treatment again or not.

The I-131 may ablate that node -- would image it with CT or US then repeat imaging in 4-6 months to see if the I-131 took care of it.  Then reconsider options -- ie more surgery vs repeat I-131.

Even if I had TT last month, do I need another surgery? Also, how often one repeat I-131 therapy?
