Looks like you probably need the levoxyl, just need to find the right dose.  The high TPO suggests Hashimoto's.  Your baby can make thyroid at this point so does not depend much on breast milk thyroid hormone, and you taking levoxyl does not harm the baby -- but important to regulate the dose -- would suggest talking to your doctor about taking a lower dose.

WOW! That is some story! First off - you shold not stop taking your medicine - as you are (like we are) hypothyroid for life. If your TSH is too low and you experience symptoms of hyperthyroidism - like heart palpitations, hyperness, high blood pressure and generally being wired all the time THEN you should consider cutting back but never discontinue taking it! Your high level (very high level) of TPO antibodies show that you have an autoimmune disease called Hashimotos thyroditis. TOP antibodies CAN be reduced by taking thyroid medicine - but generally they stick around for life too althoguh their numbers may decrease over time (over a long time). You should be on thyroid hormone all the time especially during your pregnancy... A TSH of 140 something is outragously and dangerously HIGH - please check your baby's thyroid health regularly as you supply your baby with thyroid hormone while you are pregnant and lack of thyroid hormone may contribute to some form of thyroid disease...
I wish you good luck, patience and the ability to hang in there while you figure out the best dose for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stop the levoxyl 88 during pregnancy because  I forget to take the levoxyl  and my dr(OB) repeat the test TSH 4.704 T4 10.2.He said is ok stop with levoxil.

A TSH of 4.5 is not optimal - and considered high even agreed by the doctor in this forum. A healthy thyroid functions around TSH of 1.5 and not exceeding 2. During pregnancy women should take their thyroid hormone and ensure that their TSH is around 2 or slightly lower. Good luck!

Thanks you!     I feel so bad and  ignorant.TSH ON 2! Why they have those range.I very lucky  my baby  was born and he was born at home .My labor was so fast that a police officer (911) attend my labor. They send my to the hospital and they do all the test to my baby including thyroid ones.Everything was ok.Now  I want  to know  if that levels   can injure my baby later. He look very well he is my 3 son.I hope I don`t   hurt my baby out of ignorance.
