Can Myoclonus be a symptom of HT?

I was just wondering if myoclonus and other neurological issues (ataxia, cognitive problems, tingling, etc) can be symptoms of HT? My neuro suspects HE, which I understand is quite rare, so I don't expect to be diagnosed with it.
Since the antibodies were elevated, I am just wondering if this can all be related, though.
Also, do they use the steroid treatments for HE on diabetics? Steroids do horrible things to blood sugars...

I don't know enough about H.E. to help much but do know it is very rare as you said. Dr.s do however recognize more now than ever that H.T. does cause neurological symptoms. Hands and feet going numb and tingling, is listed on a lot of websites, as H.T. symptoms. KEEP RESEARCHING, it's one of our greatest tools!
