Chest pain/dizziness symptoms related to Test results?

3 months ago I began experiencing brief episodes of chest pressure (2 hours), and atypical chest pains ... gradually the chest pressure became almost constant and I have chest pains sporadically throughout the day.
Then I began having periods of dizziness/lightheadness that felt quite extreme and seemed to trigger a mild panic attack, and more chest pain, sometimes left arm pain. The lightheadedness would be severe for maybe 2 hours, and then gradually wear off after 1-2 days!
I have seen Pulmonologist and Cardiologist who have ruled out the heart and lungs as the cause.(normal xray/CT/echo/ecg) During my echo cardiogram, the cardiologist checked my thyroid and kidneys... she said the thyroid looked normal, but the Kidney showed some calcification (I have no other kidney pain or symptoms) and my thyroid hormone tests are as follows:
FT3 4.67pmol/l (3.1-7.1)
FT4 28.24pmol/l (12-22)
TSH 1.38mU/l (0.31-5.0)
My question is how can all of these symptoms, the kidney calcification, and high FT4 levels be related? are they? what should they be looking for next?
The symptoms started 2-3 weeks before moving from San Francisco to Sofia, Bulgaria where I am living now. So, they began at a convenient" time for anxiety, but I can't say I have left particularly stressed, with the exception of during these severe dizzy spells.

Repeat thyroid function - my guess is there is a lab error - as the isolated FT4 does not make sense.

Forgot to mention: I'm 24yo white male, no family history of heart problems, have had pleurodesis on both lungs following several spontaneous pneumothoraxes, 5 years ago. Family history positive for strokes and anyeurims.
